Freddy Christensen was born in 1945 at Fredrikstad, Norway. He got his first German shepherd dog at the tender age on nine and immediately fell in love with the breed. His passion for the breed led him to become a qualified Judge for working trails in all categories in 1972.

Then later, by taking a supplementary examination by the Norwegian Kennel Klub in 1978 he qualified to Judge Confirmation shows. In 1993, he appeared for the SV Judging exams and became a full Licensed SV-Judge.

His passion for the breed continued and he enjoyed the title of the best breeder at Sieger show many times in Norway and also at Nordisk Sieger Show. Freddy has the honor to be the Breed Warden of Norwegian German Shepherd Club and later was appointed at the President of some club.

Freddy has also served as the Chairman of the Norwegian kennel club department. Freddy has judged all over the world (Pakistan, South Africa, China, Sweden, etc..) and has the honor to visit twice for Judging in Pakistan.

He has helped many developing clubs by advising them on breeding programs and bloodlines.
